    We are a registered business in the state of Georgia, the department of revenue and we are a fully insured event decor service company. So, with that said and no stone left unturned we are ready to do B2B. We cant wait to meet all of our potential clients and get to know and establish great relationships in our community.   • WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND DO YOU DELIVER?
    Unfortunately, we don't have a physical location where you can come visit us (but maybe in the near future 😊). But we do balloon delivery to the following areas for your convenience: Balloons in Braselton Ga, Athens, Ga, Jefferson Ga, Commerce Ga, Bogart Ga, Winder Ga, Monroe Ga, Hoschton Ga, Gainesville Ga, If you did not see your area and one of these cities are your neighbor, then more than likely we can deliver balloons to you or near you.
  • WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
    You may give us a ring and leave a message anytime between business hours of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. any day of the week. Don't fret if we are unavailable, if you leave a detailed message we will surely give you a call back within the same day no later than the next business day. But, also please feel free to speed things up with filling out our contact form on the site. We'll answer your questions and be sure to give you a quote.   • DO YOU PROVIDE BALLOON DECOR IN MY AREA?
    There is no mileage fee within a 15 mile radius of Athens, Ga. but will travel as far as Watkinsville, Winder, Gainesville, Statham, Bogart, Commerce, Jefferson, Braselton, Oconee, Snellville, Danielsville, and Monroe but please note that after 15 miles, mileage fees will accrue. We don't service every area, so if you don't see your area listed and would like to know please contact us to find out.
  • I SEE YOUR PACKAGES BUT WHERE ARE YOUR PRICES?
    Once you fill out the contact form we will contact you about your event decor needs. We will then send you our balloon menu price list to see if there are any additional things you may want to add-on to your package from there, we can give you a more precise quote. Our packages start at $300+ (all pkgs are over $300), but you also do not have to purchase a package you can just order off the balloon menu or the Balloon Bouquet Shop which are more for non-event occasions. Remember the party starts here, don't leave without ordering a balloon garland, balloon bouquet, a backdrop install or something. 😏
  • I SEEN SOMEONE CHEAPER THAN YOU CAN YOU PRICE MATCH?
    We apologize but we do not price match. If you know of another company in the same line of work but offers a price that is lower than ours, we encourage you to do business with the other company because it is within your budget range. There are many variables that goes behind pricing and that's for any small business and so our prices are set the way that they are, and it works for us. Though we need to always make profit, we don't want to break your pockets either. So, we try to have something for everyone-price ranges that everyone can afford. But, for the most part we love to run promotional sales from time to time and offer coupons, discounts and so forth-we love to have fun in this company. So, always check our website and social media pages for any sales going on and be the first to hear about our promotional sales by SUBSCRIBING to our email.
  • DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY BOOKING?
    Good question! No, lol. Please book as far in advance as possible to make sure we have all things covered for your event. We could have prior commitments or other events that same day and if we may not have enough balloons in your color stocked and so forth. So, no, we do not offer same day booking.
  • I HAVE AN EVENT DATE IN MIND, BUT I'M STILL UNSURE, CAN YOU STILL HOLD THE DATE?
    Even if we had a pleasant conversation over the phone or picked out balloon structures and colors via email. Unfortunately, without a signed contract and retainer, the date is open for anyone on a first come first served basis. We honestly would love to work for everyone, but we have to stick to our business principles, thank you for understanding.
  • DO YOU TWIST BALLOON ANIMALS AND DO FANCY BALLOON SCULPTURES?
    As fun as that sounds, unfortunately we do not. That's a type of balloon service that we do not specialize in, but there are some really creative balloon professionals that have really cool creations and we love to see it! Any creative sculptures we do you will find on our BALLOON MENU or our SHOP page. But for the most part, we kind of like to stick with what we know and what we are passionate about and that's our organic balloon garlands.
  • I DIDN'T BOOK A VENUE THIS YR. CAN YOU COME TO MY HOME?
    That's a great question. There's soo many reasons to have luxury balloon install in your home than a venue. Maybe to cut down on cost, maybe the guest list isn't huge to have it take place at a venue and just having it at home is the right fit. Maybe the venue you wanted is booked or there's just no venue around that you can book. Whatever the reason, we can help with that. Yes, we do home installation but, there is a process to that and it starts by mentioning that you would like HOME install services when you fill out the contact form and we'll go from there.
  • WE'RE HAVING A PARTY THAT IS GOING TO RUN ALL NIGHT, HOW LONG CAN WE HAVE YOUR RENTAL EQUIPMENT?
    That's another great question. So, typically with our balloon installations we also include our rentals such as our backdrop structures, decor and props that we MUST return to pick up (normally events will last anywhere between 2-4 hrs. sometimes six). But, no matter what time your event continues to run, pick-up of our property STILL needs to be arranged in a safe and timely manner (that is stated on the contract). But, if you know in fact that you will have an event continuing after hrs., we will plan and arrange for that.
  • I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY BIRTHDAY PARTY OUTDOORS THIS YR., CAN YOU WORK OUTDOORS?
    Such a great question. Obviously, there is always public enemy no. 1 that will always come to mind when planning an event outdoors...WEATHER! There are balloons that are made for outdoors and we work with the best brands only, but balloons are balloons. Balloons could possibly pop outside when the sun is beaming directly down on them in extreme heat, or extreme cold temperatures. Then, of course you have the wind, rain and so forth. So, as much as we would love to promise you that some of your balloons wont pop we cannot guarantee that and we won't try to. Having your balloon installation outdoors comes at a risk. But as a balloon professional there are some tricks that can help minimize the popping. Please go through our blog post and check them out.
  • I BOUGHT MY BALLOONS OFF OF AMAZON SO CAN YOU STILL DO MY GARLAND?
    We get why you would want to cut cost somewhere and you figure why not the balloons and get it off of Amazon. Well, you may not have noticed but yes, there is absolutely a big difference in ready-made kits from retailers on Amazon and working with quality branded balloons. We value the balloon brands we work with and we value our own work that we put in for YOU-our customers! So, we would never undervalue or jeopardize our work by selling you something that we wouldn't buy ourselves. You have to think quality over quantity and value good service for an overall professional installation.
